I think Vodafone recycle their numbers. I haven't registered my Vodafone number with such services but I just got a text from http://www.iliketophone.com/ stating: "Your previous India and bangladesh dial numbers have changed, dial 0203 3222505 for new numbers which are in inclusive minutes and Higher quality voice"

Edit: You'll get an 07781 mobile number which is free from o2 and Vodafone One Net Express only if I'm not wrong.

Topic is misleading.

0203 number is used to assign individual 07781 callthrough number.

07781 is chargeable from Vodafone.

They're not chargeable from Vodafone One Net Express tariff as far as I know. But yes, not many people were lucky enough to get their hands on it before they stopped new connections. So, not of any use to many customers.

You'll be lucky  Smiley. But the answer is no, the access numbers are not inclusive in your free allowance from T-mobile either.
