I don't think this website is real they just cheated me of £9 credit.
Please help me how can I get this credit back from them.
Thank you

This service is genuine. What makes you think you are owed £9 by them?

Their web site gives you several contact options to sort this out:

1. Call 0844 385 0014
2. Fill in the form at http://www.parrottel.co.uk/formuk.php
3. Text 07937 980 611 (probably doesn't accept voice calls).

It looks a bit doggy site ...they also got connection charge of 5p...and when i try to use my credit it cuts off after every few minutes so that the connection fee is used every time... so credit runs out quick

I made credit with sms topup.
This morning my credit was £9 something, inthe evening when try to make call it's telling I have no calling credit.
It means they have removed my credit from my number.

Or perhaps you have spent it calling a high cost destination? If you really believe you have lost credit you should contact them, nobody here can do anything about it!

Also I can assure you this site is not set up as a scam, I know some of the people behind it.

Probably because the information you are asking for is already published on the forum.

Are you withholding your number (Caller ID) when calling the service; if so try without withholding?

Yes sometimes, some of the radio stations would not play when gaining credits, but you would still gain credits anyway.

However, there are options of radio stations to choose from if you prefer to listen to radio when gaining credits. Visit their website for more information.

Ruz, 03 numbers must always be included as part of free minutes allowances under Ofcom rules.

So the short answer is yes, if you can connect to it and not network barred/blocked.

Further reassurance in black & white at: http://ask.ofcom.org.uk/help/telephone/03number
