I had all my units today but on my last dialled number today all my (40000+) units expired with that call. Have emailed Dave but no reply yet.
What does it show as the call cost if you download CDR's?

It showed the cost of my full balance. Anyway thanks everyone, good old Dave sorted it out for me and credited my account with my full balance.

Hi, The service is in active now can't call the number and can't browse the website. Anybody faced the same problem. Ruz

Ruz, you should check it again.
I just checked the website, it's working with units and everything. And dialled the number, everything is fine!

hi there Just to let you know that when calling 02033 access no. the call is disconnecting after 3-4 minutes its been happening since last couple of days. Can you please check this as it is annoying to redial every 3-4 mins.

I just tried. The sound quality was horrible but the called did last for about 10 minutes. I have faced this problem as well but it was fine today. Maybe its the time for DaveKnell to upgrade his system as the sound quality is usually not as great as it should be.
