No new topup numbers, but, if you've credit, you can now use 08002055010 as an access number - costs an additional credit/minute.

Unless of course you're me, who the system insists doesn't have enough credit to make a call. Any ideas about that?

DaveKnell, I have been calling pakistan landline and mobile. For mobiles its costing 3 units per minutes and for landlines 4 units per minute. Why is this? Surely it should be 3 units per minute for both.

Jagga303,
Mobiles & landlines in Pakistan have different termination fees and unlike most other countries, mobiles are cheaper than landlines!

Try putting in the rest of the number: I bet there's a difference shown then !

I'm having the same problem too. Could you look into this a.s.a.p. please Dave? Once you enter the number you wish to call, nothing happens.

3 things
First, Precaller seems to be working again.
Second, I have just noticed in their new T&C's " If you do not use the service for a period of three months, then your credits may expire."
Third, DaveKnell I wonder if you have any new top-up methods on the way?

Dave Knell: Can you please confirm the above that units will be lost after three months? If so, by what rate per day please? If confirmed, this will be a most disappointing development

If confirmed, it would not only be a most disappointing development as Graham suggests, but a completely confusing state of affairs. If an account had, say, 10 numbers linked to it, would all 10 need to make a call every 3 months to avoid loss, or just one of them ? At the very least, DaveKnell owes his customers a clarification of his intentions. IMO expiring credits are one of the unacceptable faces of capitalism: they are the commercialism of the gutter. I sincerely hope DaveKnell will think again before going down such despicable avenues.
