I have more than 26000 units remaining and yet when I try to place a call I get told that I do not have enough credit.

What's the situation?

Mine is working fine now,It was a problem in connecting access number.

You have to dial the destination number immediately after connecting the access number otherwise f you wait for few seconds,it says that you don't have enough credit though you have enough!!

Looks like its a system fault as it was there from beginning.calls are  connecting to the destination number now easily.

No idea. It's registered. None of the registered numbers work. Maybe I'll try to remove and re-register.

It has been really a good service, specially the website providing the information and account details (not available with other services).

Unfortunately, just received the message that the SMS service is no more available.

Any response from the service operators regarding this service and SMS topup option Huh.

Hello Everyone,

Got the "heart breaking" text around 15:30 hrs yesterday, lol. My credit is still there (thanks God). I can dial the access number with no problem whatsoever. Texts topop service was brilliant. I had an an "sms schedular" app installed on my android phone to top up without keeping my lanline busy for hours by using the 0845 top-up. My voda and talkmobile texts will now go waste again :-( every month. I hope Mikael will come up something else, more or less similar where we can use our texts to top-ups.

Thanks Mikael for providing such a great text top-up service. I hope the 0845 and 03 top-up would continue without any problems, fingers crossed.

Thanks for a brilliant service Dave, just a shame you had to stop the sms top ups. A request: could you look into the possibility of allowing users to use their credit to send international SMS? I sent an sms to one of my saved numbers 02033281355,pause,[intl number] but was charged the overseas SMS rate by Vodafone. I have over 98000 credits, itching to use them...think i will call it quits once i have reached 1 million credits Grin

Yeah i've been building precaller credit from my landline for a few years now ever since precaller started out as my0870.com. 0870 numbers qualified for revenue sharing in those days, my0870 used to offer 4 units/min for building credit via their 0870 topup numbers but obviously they dropped their 0870 topup number once revenue sharing was dropped from 0870 calls.
