Title: Forward Incoming Calls to your Mobile at Lowest Cost
Post by: Paul Varjak on January 11, 2013, 10:43:16 AM
I am on the TalkTalk Plus package which means I get a free to use call divert facility (divert all calls, divert on busy, divert on no reply)

Currently, I divert all incoming calls to my landline number to a Flextel geographical number. Flextel supplies any UK geographical number from as little as £1 with no ongoing charges. The only requirement to retain that number is for one incoming call in the first 30 days and one incoming call per year thereafter.

Incoming calls to the Flextel number can then be forwarded to other numbers (at a cost) or to a SIP address (for free). I divert mine to a DialNow SIP address (www.dialnow.com) which can then forward the call to my mobile for just 0.5p/min.

If you want to answer the calls on your mobile over WiFi or you have an 3G unlimited data plan it is possible to route from Flextel direct to a SIP client on your phone, meaning you can divert all incoming calls to your landline, to your mobile for free!
