From a BT residential landline, this allows calls to UK mobiles at 4p/min plus 6p connection charge. Unfortunately not. I actually no longer have a BT landline. I just assumed it was for calling UK mobiles, as its box seems to have no other flags in it unlike the others. It's not for calling USA or Canada mobiles (as that would be the same as landlines) but it may allow calling other EU mobiles too and perhaps even Israeli mobiles. (As the site seems in part written in Hebrew, and appears to be focussed at that market). I suppose it really needs to be tried. Have you tried it ? It does not work to UK Mobile,s either by dialling UK Format or Intl Format. 4p a minute is about the going rate for calling Israeli Mobiles,so its possibly solely for them. For people wanting to call UK mobiles for cheap, then www.voipgain.com still seem to do it for around 2.4p/min! Not sure how much longer that may last!
