Always says:: the telephone network is busy at the moment please call again later. Any other users would like to post their reports?

Where are you trying to call from?? I don't know how it works, but when I try the 0844 number from my work, it does not connect and says the network is busy.. When you say you tried at the same time from home, do you mean in similar time slots? I am just thinking if its too busy in day times but relatively free evenings?
