Hi, Calls are not connecting Is it just me or everyone? Thanks glad to see its not just me. I thought it was the rubbish Vodafone network at first I really like Precaller. I just wish DK would give it some attention every now and then .

Something definitely wrong... Getting charged 9 units per min to all destinations I am sure Dave will have a look at this problem

Looks like the rate has been increased from 3 units/min to 9 units/min to call Pakistan without giving any notification to the members using the service. I've just checked the rates to Pakistan on Precaller's website and it shows 9 units/min. It also looks like the rate has been increased after 1st of Jan 2014. I was charged 3 units/min for a call to Pakistan on 1st Jan 2014 but on the 9th of January I was charged 9 units/min. Maybe it's just a system error otherwise it's just a very unfair increase to such an extent without any warning whatsoever.

I think the reason there is no warning is because it's not intentional. There is no rationality for charging 9 units/min to all destinations, though it could work out favourable in some cases I guess.

Oh, I never realised it's charging 9 units to all destinations. Definitely it can't be intentional.

Oh dear...looks like TalkTalk have blocked Precaller's 0845 611 8700 number used to build credit from a landline. Anyone got any alternative 0845 numbers? Sent an email to Dave @ 3c but no reply so far

Please let us know whether there is or isn't any alternative 0845 number to topup as the one on your website has been blocked by Talktalk.
Also, has the rate really been increased from 3 units/min to 13 units/min to call Pakistan or is it just a mistake?
