Now A days good card is "SUPER HERO" from Laycatel, may charge you 3P per minute for Pak and "Red Chilli" May charge you fix rate 4P, Always ask any Laycatel new card, Coz first week when it comes in market, it normally charge 1.5P and rest 3 weeks 2P and after that 3to4P per minute for Pakistan.

Thanks

ganjbakhash I enjoy some of your posts, especially when you go into some detail, but please read our forum rules (http://www.foneforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,3.0.html), where I ask that posts observe certain standards.

They should be expressed in good English ( not 'text speak' ), have been spell checked, and employ only good language ( i.e. suitable for your mother to read !).

So please don't let me see words like "Coz" again.        ::)

BTW if you had used the spell checker, it might have alerted you to a spelling mistake.  I believe that you meant Lycatel (http://www.lycatel.co.uk/), not Laycatel.        ;)

Thanks for the correction MH! It was lycatel. Sure I used wrong spell, and its good you included the link of web as well. I'll keep in mind your other suggestion as well, while making posts. I agree language should be easy and clear, so any one can understand the words, actually this is all due to Yahoo Chat. ;D Its all unconscious not intentionally, any way I should take care!
Regards,

I too have no idea why this is a stick topic. I do not remember making it sticky but it may have been a mistake on my part.
Thanks for pointing it out and as you can see it is no longer a sticky topic.  ;)

Thanks.

moonandstar.

Is your shift key broken wali: is that why you can't use a capital letter ?        :-\

Please don't top post again: a reply follows a quotation, it does not precede it !        ???

I have edited your post this time, but future ones written in such a style will immediately be deleted.        ;)

Hi, I am new.

Has anyone tried the calling card CCD Pakistan at http://www.callingcardsdirect.co.uk (http://www.callingcardsdirect.co.uk)?

They claim it costs 3.5p a minute to Pakistan. They also have a three pack of this card that gets the rate down to around 3p a minute.

If anyone can tell me anything about this card I would be grateful.

Naz

OK thanks Wali.

I actually bought one of these CCD Pakistan cards last night and it worked well for me. I was on with my girlfriend in Karachi for over 2 hours. I think it is a good card. Chillitalk seems to have a higher rate and less minutes to Pakistan.

Hi i have tried chilli talk last night.and it says zero pence per minute for pakistan mobile.i have talked for about 3 hours and still got 1 pound left.
Try this card from 6pm to 2 am really good.after 2 am it will charge u 3 pence for pak.

wali now a days "Free Talk" is the best card for Pakistan. As 2 of my colleagues are using according to them it is not charging anything for first 50 minutes and after that 3Pence per minute there is no time restriction at all any time! Approximately it is giving 216 minutes!

But if chilli talk is not charging at all during 6pm to 2am and it is feasible for some one to call in those hours then again good offer!

gb

Hello,
i have just saw vectone world website and found this"Vectone World is your other number, it allows you to make and receive calls from and to anywhere in the world for FREE. And with Vectone World on your mobile or PC you can receive calls to your personal Vectone World number from anyone using a Vectone product"
and good thing is that you can make calls to pakistan for free after downloading a software from vectone world website i.e

http://www.vectoneworld.com/
i am sure that will helpful for many of us.
thanks

This is a standard VoIP product. It allows you to download a standard soft-phone which can be used to make free VoIP calls to other Vectone soft-phones.

Agreed with pekow! I have already used this product wali, there is no free option to call Pakistan from soft-phone to land lines or mobiles without a certain credit. I bought some credit as well and faced some problems and when I called their customer services problem was not sorted out very bad customer services support, and call quality and billing is rubbish!

Still Skype is the best VOIP in terms of quality.

GB, you mention above that "Free Talk" is the best card to Pakistan at the moment. Is it still the case....and more importantly, where can I get one.

Many thanks for your time

Does anyone here have any experience of the card Sher Khan, Do they give the number of advertised minutes and do they expire after a few days?
