Does that imply they are included until then - I was under the impression they weren't included on GiffGaff?

some of those - 07744 and 07755 - were not included from the start   

there is a small amount of discussion about the list, which includes numbers that are not used for callthrough functions, indeed some are redundant

I'm hoping it will be reviewed a bit, seeing as I have ordinary SIM cards on 2 of those prefixes

... and what network(s) these cards were originally allocated to if may I ask?
