But i have not been charged, can be because i am on business plan, checked my usage this morning and got text back is Balance Enquiry 05 Dec - Last bill 23 Nov - Spend month to date £0.00 ex VAT - Remaining allowances: For your 'Anytime 600 Minutes Price Plan Element' you have 41 mins

I was not charged for the same service when I had old contract. I recently bought new contract for 12month sim only. I am going to call them for the charges and will update their reply.

You should ask Vodafone the criteria which decides whether they are inclusive. At the moment it looks like either business plans only or plans above a certain cost per month.

That's strange. I've got a monthly contract (not business) that I took out in Dec 2010 and I don;t get charged. I haven't used it in Dec as I was kinda busy. I will send a text and see if they charge me as well. As you can see below, I haven't been charged till 14th Nov 2011. Have they just starting charging you?

Hi, I have charged for the some of the messages sent. Messages which I sent on 4th Dec is not charged. I am on sim only £20.50 per month plan.

Hi all - Sorry not to have replied to various questions for a while. On ratecards and rates, please watch this space: I've a little bit of work to do to get Precaller using our new infrastructure and that sort of thing then becomes easy. Calls made to accounts with numbers linked will take credits from the number with the most credit first. Although they're shown separately on the website, credits on linked numbers are pooled and can be used from any linked number. And, skyper_dude, please e-mail me - support@3c.co.uk - for more topup numbers. --Dave

Even 4 or 5 years ago, mainly arising after 07744 and certain other callthrough numbers, there were standing instructions in some call centres that queries from customers about whether certain numbers were inclusive or not were to be noted and be referred on internally. So be careful. It's fair enough to ask if Jersey mobile numbers are inclusive, but I suspect the two most likely answers will be don't know or no.

It looks to me as though you are being charged for the delivery report. Are you certain it's switched off?

korny88 is absolutely right: your online billing clearly shows that you HAVE been charged for delivery reports, not the texts. I suggest you check all your settings for text messaging. I once had such a problem myself, using a Nokia handset, and I eventually found that there were 3 separate places where delivery reports could be requested. 2 of these were switched off, but I kept getting delivery reports, until I had found and switched off the third one!

Hi, It might be some settings on your phone. Have a look if you're using some sort of "text scheduler" app. I had the same problem and later found out that I had switched off the delivery report in "Stock" messeging, Go sms (android app) but not on the text scheduler app that I was using to send texts automatically to Precaller. SO, have a look. Cheers.

Emailed support at Precaller, to ask about 0800 Access Numbers, Reply: "0800's coming real soon now - should be ready early next week" I think this will be the best access service on the web
