Title: Ofcom moves to pressure for change. Post by: mobaholic on June 12, 2008, 11:13:06 AM This board has looked rather empty, so I thought it was high time to make a post here. News has been reported elsewhere of moves by Ofcom to pressure networks to allow more types of calls within contract inclusive minutes. The specific call types mentioned are both 0870 and 0871 calls. The proposal for the latter is to bring them within the remit of the premium rate services regulator PhonepayPlus.
