This is because the costs of running this service have gone up. As one of our existing Home Phone customers, we’ll give you a £1.50 a month discount until March 2013. So you'll be charged £9 until then.
How this will appear on your bill The price of your Broadband and Home Phone bundle will go up by £3. It'll appear on your first bill after 1st March 2012.
