yeah well said......i just thought i share my recent experience here......

talk talk is very bad.....i had a really bad experience with their customer services...i was talking to a different advisor every 5 mins ??? ???i was passed from pillar to post ??? ???i was repeating myself several times and they were saying things script wise ...shocking thing was one of advisor said to me we recieve high volume of calls so if you dont want to listen to what we say or talk then fine we have other calls to take and help customers..... and al of a sudden said thankx for calling talk talk and hung up....

i dont understand why is this happening? where are the quality managers dissapeared? why say call wil be recorded for training and quality purposes?
we have to be on hold before we get through to an advisor and then get negative response..... ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
