Post by: mobaholic on March 22, 2010, 01:33:55 PM I understand that the EU are to introduce a new free-of-charge telephone numbering system for charities like the Samaritans who do a lot of their business over the telephone. At present they use an 0845 number which is quite costly for the callers. The new number which, I understand, will be rolled out in the next 2 years may begin with 116.
