The 'up' is a cheaper pay & go dongle from play (http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/4-/5180741/USB-Pre-Pay-Broadband-Modem-Dongle-On-3/Product.html) :) The 'down' is that they are smuggling in a sneaky charge for monthly itemised billing on their contract from 31/7/08 ???
