Payments are reliable, made the next day via Paypal and the support is good in case you do have any issues or questions. It does actually because i have done and got my credit as cash into my paypal account. Believe that they did not refund me full amount but i think taking more than half is too much. The reason they take "so much" is because: - The mobile network takes around 25% (much more in the case of Virgin) - They are factoring in the risk of not getting paid by the network due to fraud and other losses The larger the value of credit you try to extract the better the percentage return. If you have a lot of sims with credit you can contact them to make a deal. That's what I did! I believe the best value for money was the one where you have to send them a text to a premium rate number to extract it. As far as I can tell this was due to fraud (cards topped up with stolen credit card details).
