Title: Talktalk is the most complained about broadband provider
Post by: mobaholic on September 23, 2011, 01:55:31 PM
INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP) Talktalk is the most complained about broadband provider, research from industry regulator Ofcom has revealed.

Talktalk had 0.58 complaints per 1,000 broadband customers, followed by BT, Orange and Bskyb. Virgin Media had the fewest complaints according to the data from April to June this year.

Meanwhile, the most mobile complaints were about Three, while O2 was the least complained about mobile operator.

Not much has changed since Ofcom first published its report on the most complained about providers in October 2010, when Talktalk and Three also came top of the list.

Ofcom looks at providers with at least four per cent market share who generate at least 30 complaints per month.
