Title: 07924/07781 numbers from o2
Post by: jagga303 on July 26, 2012, 11:26:26 PM
Hi all

I have been using 07924/07624/07781 numbers from my o2 simplicity sim for a very long time up until yesterday and they were part of my inclusive minutes. But today when I dial any of these numbers the call just drops, it seems like o2 may have stopped these numbers from their network.

Please can someone who has o2 check and report back.

many thanks

PM me some numbers and I can check for you. I am on O2 Simplicity monthly rolling contract. But AFAIK all numbers should be inclusive.

Thanks for that, but when I call this number, the call drops after 2 seconds. Very strange.

There is website called www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com to call unlimited to PAKISTAN and INDIA as long as you have cross network minutes/inclusive minutes in your price plan. Get register quick because most of the time they do not offer/accept new customers. This service is great for o2 and orange users

Thanks everyone for your replies. Past 2-3 days calls wouldn't connect, but today all is back to normal. Calls are connecting fine again. Don't know why it wouldn't connect for 2-3 days but it's ok now.

This thread seems to have services that use these numbers. Perhaps try one of them:

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I can't dial 07781/07937 numbers from my O2 on&on contract sim. The call just drops.
Have O2 barred these numbers?

Can someone who is on O2 please confirm either way.

Many thanks

I haven't faced any issue with the 07937 numbers but as far as the 07781 numbers are concerned so some are allowed and some aren't. For example I can't dial poketalk's 07781 485 numbers but I can dial their 07781 470 numbers.

I don't think so :). What have you found now?  ;D

For the past week or so, whenever I dial 07781 number, for some it just drops call and for some a message is played "we're sorry, calls to this country are not permitted".

Just wanted to know as nobody has mentioned anything on here about this.

Not found anything new, also me think me need to give JCB a bit of rest now as it has done a lot of digging recently. ;D
