Title: Yuilop - App to make calls and texts
Post by: jagga303 on August 20, 2013, 12:04:55 AM
Hi All

Just found this app for Android/ios/windows/blackberry.

http://yuilop.com/uk/

Seems quite interesting.

Has anyone used it before?

If yes/no what are opinions on this app?

The best option to gain credit is to receive calls to your personal 07537 number which is allocated to you.

This could become great if the 07537 number is inclusive in your allowances.

Please update the thread to let others know if it is inclusive or not and from which networks.

Thanks

Jagga303

Just checked and saw that it only costs 1 credit per sms sent to Pakistan, which I think is fantastic.

Can confirm 07537 number is inclusive from Virgin and O2.

Thanks for sharing this jagga303.

I have downloaded it. Now let's see how the voice quality is but I'm sure it would be better than Precaller ;) which is going downhill for quite some time. I have also given up reporting anything regarding Precaller for obvious reasons :)

I won't be surprised to receive a text from o2 in a month's time that we're making too many calls to 07537 numbers ;D

im not dissing the service, but be careful when you give your own personal number to 'unknown' sites like this. You'll start receiving spam sooner or later.

Not connected to this service, but recently I started receiving random calls from Indian/Pakistani call centers asking if I make calls to Pakistan ??? I can only assume I gave my number unwittingly when signing up to something like this online.

Rather than making calls to 07537 number, it's better to send texts to 07537 number as you get 2 credits per text received rather than 1 credit per min call received.

Aren't the numbers on the Stour Marine network Goodman, not Lyca mobile?   :-\

I can't see the point of your post as yet!   :'(

I think Goodman's post is pretty much straight forward. He mentioned Lycamobile just as an example which "according to him" are charged on some T-mobile contracts and are non-chargeable on some. His point was that there's a possibility, just like T-mobile that some Orange contracts allow calls to Stour marine numbers and some don't (chargeable).

Well that's what I gathered when I read his post before I read yours :)

Well that's a possible guess, but if he was making an analogy, wouldn't it have been less confusing to say so?   :-\

And how do you know that he hadn't simply confused Stour with Lyca?  Do you have any evidence that that's the case?   :-\

Confusing for some.

No evdidence, just common sense. Please read his post again, positively ;)

I have read his post again as you suggested, but "incls kind of lyca mobile numbers" is hardly precise!  ;)
What is 'kind of', and how could someone with some 'common sense' not see that his post needs some clarification?   :-\

Mike,

If you read my post clear enough.. it says Kind of Lyca Mobile which in turn suggest as an example. I cant believe people have difficulty understanding a simple straight forward example. I am sure you miss some common sense here

Mike, please don't be so picky. Anyway let's vote :)

All,

Please state (don't be lazy) whether you understood Goodman's last post on the previous page or were you confused as well? Just state "understood" or "confused".

I will kick it off with "Understood" :D

There is no such thing as T Mobile Red Plan! I see what you're doing here. Good way to increase post count!

Any one got solution to make calls 0345 and 0371 from orange.
If u guys are aware about inclusive calls.com service s been Barred since December.
Please help me
How to use these numbers or any replace above numbers.
Thank you.

First of all you had posted in a wrong thread.  Anyway, as far as i am aware, I dont think we have alternative number range available at the moment. We have to wait and see if Mikael comes up with a new range of numbers in near  future.  Be patient !!!

I can see you are trying to increase your post count here  :-X

And secondly I don't know if we ever had 0371 access number unless some one can correct me.

The above 3 posts are replies to one posted on the wrong board, and wrong thread here.

However all 3 gentlemen are mistaken about 0371 numbers.
Just for the record, we have had no less that 3 series of 0371 topup numbers on the 03 and 0845 topup service.
These were the -483s, -326s, and -394s.
The 0371-394s were the very last series to be introduced.  ;)
