I am trying to ring the registration number 0330 377 9470 and top up line but both says your number is barred. Could anyone advise please what do I need to do to resolve this? Thank you in advance.

Are you calling from T-mobile. I'm sorry but I was earning unit by dialing 07666 and still service is continue from Orange but the access number 03458072012 had been barred by orange also another access number 03458070053. If anyone can help me to find another number. Regards AFAIK all 0345807 access numbers have been barred by Orange / T-Mobile / EE. :'( There are at least 2 really obvious ways around this, but I'm not going to spoon feed you by telling you what. All that you need to do is a little lateral thinking. It is about time that you learnt to do that for yourself!
