I'm guessing you probably mean 0345 and 0370 numbers relating to a particular service have been barred?

Yes you are right Dave, its the 0345 and 0370 numbers that are used on 03 Topup Calling Service that have been barred. You can still use these numbers from a different Network other than T-Mobile/Orange/EE. Hopefully Mikael may provide some different set of numbers for this service.
