You presumed that 3 mobile were the pioneers of this in the UK ,and i pointed out 02 supplied a wifi service before 3 . So it would make both 3 and ee the followers. I was using this over 3 years ago on a Nokia 6301 that supports the technology and still use that phone today.

Also while EE might be the first to use this particular "WiFi calling" technology, it was indeed Orange who were first in the UK to provide an equivalent service as Korny88 correctly pointed out. I used to use UMA on an LG Optimus 1 back in late 2010. The call quality wasn't particularly good though, let's hope EE's service is better! |
