Hi all,

Does anybody have experience dealing with callsandtexts.com?

Over the years I have had repeated problems with their services and it always takes forever to get them resolved.

Currently I have units stored on their services which I either cannot redeem, even though the waiting period has elapsed, or which have expired and been removed because I have been unable to redeem them!

My issue is that emails to help@callsandtexts.com seem to be ignored.

Does anybody have any other method of contacting them?

Hi Dave,

Keep trying they eventually will give you a late reply.
I don't think there is any other way of contacting them, besides email.

Thanks but I’ve given up on them. If they can’t support their users then I can’t be bothered with them.
