I should also like to thank the first members who posted here for their contributions. It is a pleasant surprise to find some valuable brain storming appearing so soon, and I am very grateful that there have been no posts which needed removing from view. Just a few of you will find that I have made a little edit to your work, but this has only involved cosmetic changes to correct typos and for improved presentation. Well done.
