Orange has announced it will soon be adding three new computing products to its range including a laptop from Toshiba bundled with mobile broadband.

The Toshiba L300 laptop will be the network’s first venture into laptops, up until now, Orange has only stocked a netbook - the Asus Eee PC.

Orange will also add the HP Compaq Mini 700 on a £30 per month contract.  The Toshiba L300 will be £35 per month.  Both devices will be on 24 month contracts and will include a dongle for mobile internet with a 3GB monthly allowance.

The network has also added a new dongle to the range called the Orange Huawei E160e.  The dongle doubles-up as a memory stick with space for up to 8GB data storage.

Asif Aziz, director of broadband and home, Orange UK said: ‘We always aim to offer customers a flexible solution that works around them and the lifestyle they choose, and believe the new devices we’ve launched today do just that. We will continue to build on these offerings throughout 2009 so as to ensure our customers benefit from one of the most competitive portfolios for mobile broadband in the UK.’
