I have been using call blocker software for a few years which uses the caller ID data from incoming calls. Yesterday it blocked a call from a near relative labelling it "Invalid number". I later found out that the caller had just had there landline handsets replaced by service provider to work with "wifi". I am guessing this is VOIP. Could the change have altered the format of the caller ID string. My log shows the number correctly as 11 characters.
Any help appreciated. |

Hi all,
I received this message on a Three PAYG SIM today: Prices are changing: From 12/07/2022 our standard Pay As You Go rates in the UK will increase to 35p a min, 15p a text, 10p per MB of data. If you would like to disconnect your Pay As You Go services with us because of these changes, you have the right to exit. You may also be eligible for a refund of any outstanding credit. Refund requests must be made no later than 17/07/2022. For full details, go to 3.uk/2ma. Optout@My3 It looks like 3 are getting greedy but you can probably cash out your remaining credit. Dave |

Hello All, I've been on this forum for years now, but only recently started looking at it again in late 2021, good to see it's still active! so now onto my unusual and hopefully, fun, question! wonder if anyone here would agree to it?
imagine there's a way of shrinking oneself and I wanted to shrink down and be swallowed to find out what it's like in your belly, and neither of us would be harmed, would you agree to it? |

yes I know this is an old topic but wow what a con. have to agree with the consensus here. why would one have to pay to join such a service, the revenue should be earned from the texts being sent. why are more expensive countries not allowed on the service, if a user earns the units any country they wish to call should be allowed, it's their earned units after all. guess the service probably went down anyway as this post goes back to 2017. but couldnt help sticking my beek in, at the sheer conningness of it.
