Just handy for short/brief calls, if on an older Pay as you Use landline tariff , cheaper then dialling direct;
Though only just clinging onto the copper pair, with so many months to go before shutdown, I've finally and reluctantly decided to jump ship and put a port request in to move, and cancel our trusted BT landline
After a good part of two decades, we'll be landline-less for the first time
It's going to feel odd!
Oh.. but we still have our trusty T-Mobile tariff

I poke my head in, every so often. It's a shame it's so dead these days. I guess we can thank the networks for that.
Surely it only takes a few calls to add up to a very cheap voice tariff like e.g Sky Mobile's £1 tariff (if they still have it)?
I got the £1 per month eSIM and then my phone got damaged beyond repair. I just got a replacement SIM through today and have almost immediately lost it. Not the biggest loss but annoying.
