dialnow giving good news for its American and Chinese users.
From now of you can use a local access number to make your international phone calls. It's just as easy as calling cards, only much cheaper!
Just register, add credits to your account and call the access number of your country. Then dial the number of the person you would like to call.

If you're in China you'll need to dial: (0)2131003681*
*It could happen we can't recognize your number, if so we will ask for your pin-code. You can find this code after loggin in on your account with your username and password.

It looks a little odd that the rate for calling Poland or Canada is nil, yet calling the USA itself is 0.5 cpm.
No doubt there is some reason for this, which eludes me at present.
Anyone have any idea about this apparent anomaly ?
