So sorry to confuse you.  Most of my friends moved to TalkTalk are not happy. Their customer service is SO poor.
I heard from them that the broadband is unreliable.

TalkTalk's customer service was very shaky at launch, however reports suggest it is better now, not too difficult , but no provider of course is ever without any problems.

I am not sure why you are mentioning again exactly the same promotion I originally posted.   Are you trying to confuse members more.

TalkTalk services and c/s improved since the company launched free broadband. It was almost inevitable for both to suffer due to very high demand.
