Its a  18 month contract, but you only pay the £11.49  line rental and £30 connection, not the £6.99/mth broadband/ free calls element for the first 12 months. So it averages out to £15.50 a month  over the contract.

So sorry to confuse you.  Most of my friends moved to TalkTalk are not happy. Their customer service is SO poor.
I heard from them that the broadband is unreliable.

I  found a new offer of Broadband and Phone free for 12 months on 18 month contract.

TalkTalk's customer service was very shaky at launch, however reports suggest it is better now, not too difficult , but no provider of course is ever without any problems.

I am not sure why you are mentioning again exactly the same promotion I originally posted. Huh  Are you trying to confuse members more. Grin

TalkTalk services and c/s improved since the company launched free broadband. It was almost inevitable for both to suffer due to very high demand.
