Apparently Sky have recently lifted the requirement that you must have Sky Digital TV to get Sky Talk, and they now allow you to have it without it, or cancel the TV service and keep SkyTalk.

They have a special offer on at the moment where they will connect a new line for £25 if your exchange has been LLU'd by them.
