"On July 1, compulsory maximum roaming charges within the EU will be cut to up to 32p a minute for making a mobile call from overseas, and up to 12.5p a minute for receiving a call abroad. Mobile operators will also be obliged to apply an automatic 50 euro (£42) cut-off limit per call if the mobile customer has not stipulated his or her own limit. "

Hi!

The source link comes up on my opera mini as 404 error.

EDIT: the link works fine on the desktop computer.

The idea itself is great. Although there is nothing said about capping data usage.
