"Simple line rental for those who don't make many calls on their landline. Pay for the calls you use at our normal rates. If you need an inclusive calls package, choose from either our Evening and Weekend or Anytime packages.Line rental £7.50 a month"

Your see that they can now connect lines as well.

I see they also have a fair use policy of 600 minutes for calls to 0845 numbers, with no restriction on the number of calls. This could be very useful to use for 0845 drop calls that do not last very long!

Sorry to burst the euphoria of the 2 gentlemen above, but when I follow BJ's link, it seems limited to those who already have O2 broadband!  Huh

Isn't there anything for those wanting a cheaper rental deal than BT's, but who don't want a broadband contract too?   Undecided

It's not even available in my area, according to samknows!   Cry

I am not excited about the O2 offer just passing facts on to members. Wink

If you want cheaper line rental try a different supplier. Smiley Or negotiate with BT.
Have a look at this thread for cheaper line rental from BT.
