"TalkTalk and Tiscali UK (owned by TalkTalk) have  been given a slap on the wrists by Ofcom after they have breached telecoms rules in relation to consumer billing. Ofcom have received over 1,000 complaints so far this year about bills from the two companies for services that have not been provided and Ofcom have given the TalkTalk Group a month to get things straightened out."
