It looks as if BT have moved their pricing information guides.

It looks like the general link to follow at the moment is http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/

Specifically, their General Tariff Guide for residential customers is now at http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumer/assets/downloads/BT_PhoneTariff_Residential.pdf

and their Special number price list (the price of calls to specialised numbers from BT landlines) is now at http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumer/assets/downloads/BT_PhoneTariff_SpecialNos.pdf       Wink
