There's currently no expiry for credits earned: provided we carry on offering the service, your credits are good.

I just added an 03 topup as well - call 03300337999 Mon-Fri 8-5.  The rate's a lot lower - one credit per 2 minutes - but it's another route to building credit.

Hi,

Thanks, The New 03 Top-Up Service Is A Good Bonus For Accumulating Credits,

(Can't We Have Something Similar Like The SMS, i.e - 1st 1000 Texts = 2 credits + Next 1000 SMS = 1
Credit).

I Mean Something Like: 1 Credit/Min - For The 1st 1000 Mins Called, Therafter 1 Credit/ 2 Mins Called.(For The New 03 Top-Up Service)  Smiley

                                                   Thanks

It would be helpful if you worded your question with greater precision JK.  Are you asking about contract or pay & go options on those 2 networks ?       Undecided

On Orange texts to Jersey Telecom numbers are inclusive on contracts, but NOT on pay & go.
( On pay & go you will be charged 20p for each text sent I believe. )       Wink

I have it on good authority from davegr that Talkmobile pay & go do not allow texts inclusively.
They are charged at 10p each, but do NOT come out of your text bundle.        Cry

I have no experience of Talkmobile contracts, but I suspect that they may follow the example of their parent network and allow them inclusively.  Perhaps someone with a Talkmobile contract will kindly confirm or whether this is correct please.       Wink

Hi Daveknell

is it not possible to add 0800 number with 020 number as access number to call destination ,

would be very useful to use it from landline with linking feature already there

There would be revenue implications in providing an 0800 access number, but it would be very useful for making free calls from Giffgaff SIMs, as well as landlines.  It will be interesting to learn DaveKnell's response, and whether he would need to charge more for such access.       Wink

Dave, I have been using Precaller for a long time now and since some time calling Pakistan has cost 3 units per minute. Calling Pakistan over recent months has become cheaper than before. Would you consider reducing the calling cost to Pakistan to 2 units per minute?
Thanks

I have not used this service since 30 Nov as my android phone is being repaired and I used an app to send multiple sms from that phone for this service as I don't have time to send each one individually.

Hi

Which Android application are you used to send multiple SMS and how to get that?

Hi Dave

Thanks a lot to give an additional option to the members of the forum.
Specially the way and number of units obtained by text and call are very fabulous.
We hope that this service would continue for a long time.

I have a query as well that, Linking is there on your website (not sure it is linking numbers with each other or with online account Huh) , I have linked two numbers, but it shows the units separately for each number. Are they linked in sense, that units would be dealt collectively and used by calling either of number (so that I can make units from one mobile and use with other)?

AFAIK your numbers are linked to your account, not to each other per se.  This is done by calling their linking number, and entering your PIN, from each number you wish to link to your account.       Wink

I believe that calls from one number will use up it's own units first of all, but should then deplete the units on other linked numbers.  I do not know in what order that will be done on accounts with multiple linked numbers though.        Cry

Dave feel free to correct me.       Wink

mh, linking mechanism is clearly mentioned on the website, the number to call and linking PIN. And it's done very quickly.

Is it possible or not, that's my question!
