Precaller service has been very bad past few days when calling Pakistan. (tried different numbers in Pakistan and same issues)
Most of the times calls don't connect, and when they do connect the call drops after approx 8 minutes each time.
Please sort these issues out.

Same here every time you try the call doesn't connect but charged 3 units.
Please look in to this as I have lost few units over the last few weeks.

It seems like Dave Knell is aware of the issues with Precaller as he does visit this forum often, so he must see our posts. But it's a shame that these issues have been going on for some time now and even though Dave said he has changed the routing , the problem is still ongoing. Precaller was once the best provider for international calls and it still can be once these problems are solved. Jagga303 |
