I've just received this text:

"Hi from Orange. We're increasing the price of your monthly plan by 4.34% from 1 February 2012. For more information please visit orangeworld.co.uk/r/planchange"

Would you be interested in raising your anger and complaint to Ofcom regarding this increase? so that you can leave your contract early.

I also received that text and I wasn't happy!! The cost is the same on tariffs but they decreased the amount of your reward! Eg texts internet mins!!
