"From your first bill after 1 March 2012, our home phone line rental is increasing to £10.50 a month. This is because the costs of running this service have gone up. As one of our existing Home Phone customers, we’ll give you a £1.50 a month discount until March 2013.  So you'll be charged £9 until then.

How this will appear on your bill

The price of your Broadband and Home Phone bundle will go up by £3. It'll appear on your first bill after 1st March 2012.
The discount will be applied automatically and show up as “Your Line Rental credit because you joined before March 2012” on your bill."
