It says 3000 minutes of calling to 31 countries but which countries it is not clear/mentioned.
Where to see the 31 countries?

I bought one of these SIMs to test it and it is not truly a new tariff. It is actually a SIM Zero plan with the International Call Saver added on. You cannot direct dial international numbers either, but instead dial the prefix 388 before any number. If you dial an international number without using the prefix you will be charged normal Three international rates which are very expensive.

The details of the International Call Saver are as follows:

3000 voice minutes to landlines and mobiles to USA, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Thailand; and to landlines in Spain, Ireland, France,
Italy, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark,
Japan, Austria, New Zealand, Norway, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea, Luxembourg,
Poland, Portugal and Thailand. For just £15.32 a month it can be used any time, any
day. 388 prefix must be dialled before country code.

It seems most no-geographic numbers in these countries are also blocked.
