Just spoke with retentions at Virgin Mobile to see what they could offer me. I was on 800 xnet mins,3000 texts,3000 virgin to virgin mins and 1GB Data and was paying £6.43 per month. A discount of £14.00 was applied every month without any problems.

Lovely lady said I could have 3000 xnet mins, 3000 virgin to virgin mins, 5000 texts, 5 GB Data all for £5.99 per month on 30 day rolling sim only. I took the deal without thinking twice. A discount of £20.00 will be applied every month.

She confirmed the deal by sending an email to me.

It's worth giving them a call if you are on Virgin Mobile to see what deal they will offer you.

Hope this helps.

What does it take to be an existing customer? PAYG? Contract? Cable?

That's a great deal though. I was just telling a friend of mine today that I thought the £8 I pay T-Mobile for 300 xnet, 500 t-mobile, 5000 texts and 750MB Internet was a good deal!

Hi Davegr, hope you are having good holiday.
Existing customer is: existing customer with virgin media, taking one of their services (Tv,Phone, broadband).
Also it's necessary for you to have a virgin mobile, contract or sim only.

Also mentioned on hukd. http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/virgin-mobile-sim-800-mins-1gb-data-3000-texts-3000-virgin-minutes-existing-customers-1207268

But Jagga303, you've got a better deal - a scorcher deal.

Sometimes, infact most of the times companies don't want to lose a customer and when you request your PAC they fear you're leaving them  Wink and offer you a deal they think you might like. My experience is do not accept the first offer and still insist on getting your PAC. They might give you the best deal on market  Smiley

Recently, Three offered me, 500 Xnet minutes, 500mb data (£3 more to make it ALL YOU CAN EAT DATA), 2000 three to three, 25 Texts with Samsung Galaxy Galaxy Europa for £8/month. Worth keeping (and I got it) but 24 months contract Sad

It is good that virgin mobile gives very good scheme.I am thinking about these deal.I like these scheme. So I want to buy a new virgin mobile. If any body tell me how can I buy it then it would be a very nice for me.

give quick call to virgin media customer services department than find out, you would not get good deal as you are not their existing mobile customer same as me. i am their customer but do not have mobile account with them so i could not get the best deal from virgina media but try it we never know might it go through you know. Good luck

First you need to get a mobile sim only deal with them and be with them for at least one month, then call up and ask for better deal.
