* Calls are routed through a local rate number, so will be part of your inclusive minutes

I see that apart from listed call centres  numbers.

It also works with any UK number starting 01, 02, 03, 0800, 0870 or 0500.

Could be handy !!!

The original Birmingham 0121 access number has been changed to an 03 one. 0333 5432111
Which of course is treated the same as an 01/02 number for calling purposes.

This is a brilliant service and I have used it successfully. It's a pity sky use 0844 numbers which are not compatible with this though.

Also handy if your supplier includes 01/02/03 in inclusive minutes and not 0870 ,or if you happen to have an 0870 access number that still works. Wink

The app currently works directly with 01, 02, 03, 0500, 0800, 0808 and 0870 numbers and attempts to find a cheaper alternative for any 055, 056, 0843, 0844, 0845, 0871, 0872 or 0873 number that is called.

Given the changes to call pricing that will take effect on 1 July 2015 the functionality may alter such that it works directly for 01, 02, 03, 0500 and 080 numbers but looks for alternatives for 055, 056, 084 and 087 numbers.

Given that Sky, HMRC, DWP, most banks and many other former users of 084 and 087 numbers have now swapped to cheaper 03 numbers the need to look for alternative numbers is rapidly declining.

Your post is ambiguous zoryaan: does who have 033... ?   Undecided

If you mean does WeQ4u connect to 033 calls, then yes, certainly.  Smiley

If you mean do Sky have 033 numbers, I believe the answer is no.   Shocked

I have heard it said that Sky's landline equivalents for their own 0844 numbers start with 0344, with the rest of the digits being identical to those of their 0844 numbers.  Wink

Even if this proves false, it won't cost you too much to try!   Wink

Not quite right. Wink

For Sky TV customers, Sky Broadband, Sky Talk, and any billing and account detail query, the number  is 03442 411 653. You may also ask for password reset and submit complaints through this number.

Scheduling an engineer appointment   03442 414141.

Moving home  its 03332 00 80 00 .

By any chance you want things done automatically, there is also an automated hotline you can reach, the number  is 0333 202 2133.

For cancellation requests call 03332 022 135.

Calls to these customer service numbers are normally not chargeable  if your calling direct from a Sky Talk Landline.

If you call them via WE Q 4 U your be charged unless you have inclusive 01/02/03 minutes.

Indeed. But some users like the callback facility if the people they are calling have hurrendous time to answer figures. Saves money ,or inclusive minutes, and time. Smiley
