As far as I know the numbers are inclusive on Vodafone PAYG too, but that will need testing.

The 1000 minutes Mobaholic is talking about is only for calls to numbers on the Vodafone network, which I assume these numbers are not.

When I last tested they did not. However, I have now found something more interesting.

Vodafone offer an add-on for all contracts that allows inclusive minutes to be used for calling 0800, 0845 and 0870 numbers. This add-on is not listed on their website, it costs £2.50 per month and can be applied or removed without notice (not part of the contract term). Given that this tariff has unlimited minutes, applying this add-on will then allow you to make unlimited calls to 0800, 0870 and 0845 numbers. The 0845 top-up numbers earn twice as many units as the 03 ones, so quite a few units could be earned by using conference calling for 6 calls on 0845 numbers.

I have tested this and 0845 calls are inclusive using this method.

Anyone manage to get this add-on recently?

I can only seem to get the £2.50 add-on that gives 300mins  to  0800, 0845 & 0870 that is on the website.

Have done a web chat and also called customer services.  They are saying it's only limited to 300 minutes now.     Sad

Just to let people know, I should be in a position of providing 07 numbers allowing calls to many international destinations (but not Pakistan now due to the costs) that are inclusive on any Vodafone contract within the next week or so.

Any updates on this?

I had a chat conversation with one of the CS person rep regarding my vodafone red £20.50 sim only contract.
CS rep has confirmed that "unlimited minutes means you can call as much as you can"

You: In my contract they said as Unlimited UK minutes for calls to mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03)
You: what is unlimited means, is there any FUP on the calls?
Tanya: Let me check that for you
Tanya: I would like to inform you that unlimited minutes means you can call as much as you can but you will be charged for 08 premium numbers

mahesh7337, how long have you been on this particular plan? Most of the guys at CS are a absolutely useless sometimes. They just tell you what they feel like. I know they've said its "truly" unlimited, but can you please confirm if that's the case?

Has anyone else used this particular plan recently to use various services on this forum? As this thread is not hidden so please send me a PM if you prefer.

AQ,
I`ve received the vodafone contract yesterday only.
I need to try before I provide information. Soon I will give some updates on this.

Sorry I think it's worth mentioning here my brother is on old Vodafone tariffs where he has to disconnect his call after every 59 minutes or so to avoid the charges. He has been using Mikael 03 conference service for nearly a rear if not more where he uses up to 60k min sometimes but he never gets charged.

Got mine the other day and conference calling wasn't enabled by default but I got it enabled straight away by online CS within a minute. It was the first time ever someone knew what he was doing. I was told the same thing that the Vodafone Red tariff is "truly" unlimited.

I may be wrong on this one but wasn't it just recently that Vodafone started their Unlimited tariffs including unlimited landline calls? Has it been a year already?

I find Voda CS to be generally very good. I love their online chat feature.

Orange on the other hand are useless, but that is another story for another day  Cheesy

Can someone please confirm the following:

1. Is unlimited truly unlimited on this tariff, and what is the most number of minutes anyone has used in one month?

2, Are 07924/07624/07781 numbers inclusive?

3. With the 08 add on, is it limited to 300 minutes per month or is this unlimited?

4. Can you dial 0843/0844 call through numbers via the 08 add on?

Thanks

jagga303, you're asking too much from Vodafone mate  Smiley

1. They say it's "truly" unlimited but we'll find out soon how it goes as most of us have just recently got this tariff.
2. As far as I know they're not included on the Red Plan. I think these number ranges are inclusive on their "One Net Express" tariff only.
3. Only 300 minutes per month.
4. No. With the 300 minutes to 08 numbers add on, you can dial 0800, 0845 and 0870 numbers only.
