Hi All
I would like to know of any service on here or other service which allows calls to 0872 numbers very economically. I would be using my o2 mobile. Any other calling method apart from direct from BT/Virgin and other landline providers.

many thanks

Landline providers have the lowest rates to these numbers. You are very unlikely to find anything cheaper!

Not from 02 alas . But if you were a T-mob customer they are included in most inclusive minutes.

For heavy user of 08 numbers. Sim Only 900 minutes £18 a month brings them down to 2p a minute. Smiley

Plus some cashback from TCB.

An excellent suggestion BJ: I doubt that jagga303 could expect to find anything cheaper than 2 ppm for calling 0872 numbers, if he wants to do so a lot.        Smiley

However, even if he wants to call 0872s by the bucket load, I have to wonder how long T-Mobile would allow a SIM only contract to run - if it was making a loss of at least 8p for every minute of the 900 ?        Cry

For more moderate use, why not use the 03 and 0845 topup service ?        Undecided

According to Mikael's post, reply #478 here, 0872 numbers can be called for 6 units per minute ( the same as for 0871 and 0873 numbers. )       Wink

How about the £56 T-Mobile 3000 minute contract? I got mine with £570 automatic cashback from mobiles.co.uk, so it actually works out at £32.25 per month or just over 1p per minute if all 3000 minutes are used.

I've just checked e2save and mobiles.co.uk and the best current deal seems to be with £470 auto cashback so it's not quite the bargain I got but still very good (just over 1.2ppm).
