Fair Usage Policy

The free destinations service is available for account users of selected mobile and landline networks in the UK only.

We do not charge you on your account for the free destinations and most price plans have 0208 numbers as inclusive in the free minutes bundle. But it’s a good idea make sure that the price plan with your mobile or landline network has minutes that are inclusive of 0208 numbers, if so then calls to the 0208 access number is also free. If your international calling duration exceeds your available inclusive minutes, you will be charged as per the pricing plan of the mobile or landline network you are using. In other words, the service is only completely free if you have inclusive minutes.

Each call may be terminated after 7 minutes, if you want to call for longer, simply redial.

We cannot be held responsible for any bills or costs that you incur with your mobile network provider.

We reserve the right to lock/bar any customer from using the service further.

Why move it to the members only board when it's a publicly available service?

Also - has anybody got it to work? For me it just loops the message "We are connecting your call now".

I still cannot get this service to connect anywhere. I have tried various countries and I just get "One moment please, we are now connecting you to your destination number". Am I missing a trick?

I have used this service in December to make calls to India. This call lasts only for 7 mints and not always reliably connected, that's why I have not posted it in the forum.

Same people run http://www.cheerstalk.co.uk/  where you can up to 10 minutes of inclusive calls via a 020 number but you have to top up by £5 to get the inclusive minutes.
