i took out this contract on 12.01.2013 using Tcb. But my cashback has not tracked. I am wondering what to do i submitted a missing clame today.

In certain cases it can take upto a week for the cashback to show up on your account (if you've done everything as it should be done). If it doesn't show up after a week then you should let them know. As you've already submitted your claim for the missing cashback, so they'll hopefully chase it up for you. It has happened to me a couple of times and it was sorted accordingly.

I had to activate it via online chat. Only took 2 minutes. The guy knew what he was doing unlike o2 CS.
