Your own link disproves what you are saying!   Roll Eyes

Your link shows an Add On that gives you something when roaming in Europe.   Cry

Lahore Bradshahs' query was about the UK Euro Talk package, which I again assert gives you half priced calls to selected European destinations.  Wink

Maybe it's still too early for me!

I assumed that Lahore Bradshahs was asking about the Euro Talk & Text add-on mentioned in my post to AQ, which in fact he quoted in his reply.

The following is a screen shot from my online account:-

Under Adding flexible boosters you see

Quote
Standard Euro Talk Booster £5

Recurring cost

Free

Connection cost

£4.25

My own mistake was in confusing the connection charge with an ongoing monthly charge, for which I apologize.   Cry

Ah, that's a T-Mobile booster. We are talking about EE Wink They've done a great job of confusing their branding and in turn confusing everybody.

LOL well let's agree to blame EE for all the confusion their multiple brands cause!     Grin

I have been talking with the manager of EE customer services. I have been told by them that euro call and text has  been withdrawn and international text and calls are available on some tariffs. I am expecting a call back today with more information.

I'd be interested to hear if anybody has any success getting an unlimited European calls add-on. I requested it at the same time as the unlimited 08 add-on but they told me I would have to move up to a higher tariff. Perhaps just an excuse to up-sell me.

I have just got off the phone with EE customer services. First the CS guy quoted me £6 and £10 for a very limited (50-250) minutes and texts on EU and International calls &  texts add on. When I directed him to the T&C's on their website he put me on hold for a few minutes only to inform me that those plans are not available anymore and the reason they're still in their T&C's is that some people are still on old contracts and still have those add ons so they can't remove them.

Also, I was offered unlimited 08 calls for £3/month earlier in the afternoon by another CS representative but this guy said it's going to be £5/month.

Sometimes these CS guys talk out of their wrong holes.

So has anyone managed to get the EU & International Talk & Text add on recently? If so, how much do they cost per month?

Is the unlimited 08 add on available from Orange at £3/month, I've not seen it so clearly in this thread - is anyone actually on it?

Not EE or T-Mobile.

I called them yesterday and they added it without any questions asked for £3. I am on a 12 months sim only plan.

I made couple of calls to 08***** numbers but these calls are not appearing in the itemized un-billed usage on t-mobile website.
