This list http://www.o2.co.uk/popups/jersey-guernsey-and-isle-of-man produced by O2 seems to be a complete list of mobile number ranges which are registered in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man and therefore non-inclusive calls from most mainland UK networks. All other ranges starting 071 to 075 and 077 to 079 are subject to a termination rate cap of 0.68p per minute from 1 May 2015 with further reductions planned for April 2016 and April 2017.

I'm not sure if your reply is to me Ian but I was specifically talking about 07839 being inclusive from GT Mobile. It was inclusive the last I tried but I wonder if that has changed.

078391, 078392, 078397 and 078398 are registered in Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man and therefore unlikely to be inclusive calls on most UK networks.

The six other 07839X number ranges are either subject to Ofcom's 0.68p per minute cap on mobile termination rates (and, in theory, should be inclusive) from 1 May 2015, or are not allocated.

Every landline and mobile network is required to publish a detailed list of number ranges that do not count towards inclusive allowances. Many have failed to do so.

My old favourite http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/ is now back up and running by issuing 0870 numbers.

Unlike other similar services, they allow direct mapping, meaning you dont need to dial the long international number.

My service on this board allows both a call-through and direct mapping of numbers too.
