I've just noticed that Vectone (an MVNO on EE) still has old pricing in place for service numbers and according to some tests I made yesterday are still charging 18p per minute for 0800/0808 numbers even though their online price list says they will be free.

Are you sure EE offer a 1000mins 08 calls add on? I've now called them 5 times over the last week and they say the only package available is for 300 mins.

This add-on is available via invitation from EE only...

Anyone received the letter from Vodafone about unlimited call to 08 numbers from one net express which has been limited to 300 mins from 1st sep. You can cancel your contact free of charge.

Interesting development, I can't say I have, pity they waited so long to inform customers & do something, been charging since July so far.

Just to let you know. If 1000 or unlimited minutes bundle isn't available one can always ask for as many as possible £3 / 300 min bundles to be added..

I'll let you you decide if it's worth adding...
